It's not the heat...

It is, in fact, the humidity.

Take a deep breath - you'll drown.

I love where I live, I just am not overfond of most of its weather - however, that is part of its charm, as it gives one something inoccuous to bitch about. Right now the humidity is my bane - in a few months it will be the sn*w. *shrug*

Oh hell. Lunch is over - I'll get back to y'all later...

What you're basically saying is that you could do with less water in your air, summer or winter. ;-)

  2. I got tired of living where I didn't like the weather. That is one of the reasons I live here now. It's never too hot, too cold, too humid. I love where I live, other than all the frigging stupid monkeys around me.

I love where I live. Nice ocean breeze, moderate temperatures. Rains a lot but the flowers like that.

  4. Came over from rauf's blog. I like yours. Ok, I'll browse now.

Oh, and I'm in Michigan. Yes, humidity. But today it's pretty nice here. But then, you're farther south, poor thing.

  5. Thanks for stopping by at mine. So you prefer Chuck Berry to Elvis, huh? Horses for courses, I guess. Personally I prefer Buddy Holly to either. Chuck wrote some good lyrics, though, classics still now.

  6. Welcome Asterisk. I've seen you out and about - just lurked though. Aye, never could get into Elvis. Chuck Berry was still wailing strong back about 6 years ago or so when he headlined at BluesFest here in Chicago.

  7. Welcome, Ruth!

Love reading Rauf's blog. The man is an artist. I wish I could take photographs even 1/2 as well as he!
