Your cat was IN the house. Must have been singing then.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12969277.post-37126152995187948612007-09-28T11:26:00.000-05:002007-09-28T11:26:00.000-05:00Future, you DO realize that when cats are caterwau...Future, you DO realize that when cats are caterwauling they are NOT just wrestling or singing?

We have one tart of a cat living somewhere in the neighbourhood and every other night she chases her boyfriend until he catches her. Wakes up the whole town.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12969277.post-87956750643198182162007-09-28T06:50:00.001-05:002007-09-28T06:50:00.001-05:00Oh! And I give them some wet food one time a day, but the rest of the time I leave out dry "kibble" food for them to snack on at their convenience.Sewmousehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01698392521648800227noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12969277.post-40581099392819571312007-09-28T06:50:00.000-05:002007-09-28T06:50:00.000-05:00Mindi and Kili don't go outside at all. Too much traffic here, they'd not last a week.

These toys are little felt circles sewn in half (like stuffed crescents) - I think they may have a bit of catnip in them. Kili will walk around the house mumbling with one in her mouth sometimes, but this is the first time she ever made full-fledged yowls with the toy in her mouth.Sewmousehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01698392521648800227noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12969277.post-21828913554864458542007-09-28T05:40:00.000-05:002007-09-28T05:40:00.000-05:00The cats we had when I was growing up always prefe...The cats we had when I was growing up always preferred the real thing to stuffed mice. They were forever bringing in dead voles, shrews, mice - even a frog, once. Strangely though, they weren't much good at catching birds. oh well!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12969277.post-73228541488167128462007-09-28T00:31:00.000-05:002007-09-28T00:31:00.000-05:00They are an indeed, a strange bunch, and that's be...They are an indeed, a strange bunch, and that's being generous. My little one will occasionally caterwaul in the middle of the night, until you swear someone broke in the house, and is wringing her neck. I get up at obscene o'clock and go find her, only to see those huge green eyes look up at me: What are you doing up, Dad?The Future Was Yesterdayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06515544130113138363noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12969277.post-46832469523741989852007-09-27T21:31:00.000-05:002007-09-27T21:31:00.000-05:00I hope it's a stuffed mouse. Cats have this strange idea that putting a half dead mouse or bird on their human roommate's pillow, is better than chocolates.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12969277.post-24744379051268825252007-09-27T12:59:00.000-05:002007-09-27T12:59:00.000-05:00WTF is a kibble snack?
